Fixed GTX kinda

Did a partial clone to the GTX that had been modified to take 16 channels from the stock code plug of my other GTX that was ham capable and it can now be read from my version of software. I don't have the extra channels but at least I can now change the frequencies and tones.

WB8YOF gave me a bunch of old Motorola gear.

Switching out my 900 MHz antennas

Switched out the homebrew 900 MHz Quagi for a commercial 900 MHz Yagi

Climbed the tower of N8GH yesterday and switched out a bad water filled 900 MHz antenna for a good one.

Motorola GTX error message

The Motorola GTX that has been programed with 15 channels will not work with my Software

900 MHz Antenna

This one is quite a bit lower than the Quagi that is at 40 feet but should allow for more omni direction. Not sure on the model name or number at the moment but will post that soon. I have three more of these 7 footers and 4, 10 footers but those are quite a bit heavier.

Anyone know anything about this radio? I would like to know where to find the manual and programing software and is it able to go into the Amateur 900 MHz band.
